Question: I pay monthly . my invoice # is hcm343163 I am asking about my father which is 94yrs young. He has dementia, kidney disease, and a pace maker. Just today a couple hrs ago, he has been complaining of pain in his stomach so much that he is moaning. He said it feel like he is going to throw up but can't. He also was contimually coughting untill he started trying to throw up into the trash can.I hope you can help us know if this is serious enough that we should take him to the hospital or possibly something we can give him

As per your description, he is having continuous cough.It means Respiratory tract is involved.If sputum is coming,it suggests infection.Then, Antibiotic like Amoxycillin should be used.X Ray chest PA view will give an idea.
Regarding Abdominal pain, Ultrasound should be done.
Seriousness can be decided only after Doctor consultation and investigations.
Please consult your doctor and proceed further.
