I Play Chess Against The Computer And My Left Eye

Question: I play chess against the computer and my left eye becomes uncomfortable. I use systane one or two times a day. Can Systane be used daily for say 1 year ? Also am I hurting my eyes by playing too much chess vs computer. Thanks.

While using computers please follow the rule of 20 which states that every 20 min look at a distance of 20 feet for 20 seconds and blink . Secondly use systane ultra for three - four times a day . One last question. You said to take a break every 20 minutes, see at a distance of 20 ft for 20 seconds and blink. Can I blink during the 20 second also or blink only once at the end of 20 seconds. Thank you.
