I Popped My Acne On My Lower Right Cheek By
Question: I popped my acne on my lower right cheek by mistake. Blood was oozing out so used undiluted dettol to clear it and applied Boroline. It burnt half an hour later. One day later while acne kept subsiding since I was taking Oral antibiotic, there is a large dark patch on my skin around the acne. Did I burn my skin using dettol? What to do now?

The bump looked like acne and was puss filled. I had applied clindamycin and started taking Amoxicilin Clauvanate yesterday morning. By evening, the acne burst with blood oozing out. I washed with undiluted dettol and applied boroline. This evening the situation worsened though acne has become very very small. I have applied neosporin before your reply. There is a slight open wound. Should I not use antibacterial cream?
