Brief Answer:
If there is bleeding, clean it with hydrogen peroxide or spirit and observe

Detailed Answer:
Hello Mr XXXXXXX

Welcome Back.

If you noticed any blood from the prick, then clean it with either hydrogen peroxide or spirit and observe for two days for any pain or swelling or redness in that region. And please get a Tetanus shot if have not taken the tetanus shot in the last 3 years.

If thers is no bleed, nothing to worry, just wait and see.

Hope that helps.

Brief Answer:
Wait for a few days to see if it becomes painful or red, Not HIV

Detailed Answer:
Hello again Mr XXXXXXX

Thank you for writing back to me. I must apologise for the delay in responding to you. I was quite busy and could not get time to answer your queries.

By wait and see I meant, if the prick from the table was deep enough to cause bleeding, then there was a chance that it could get infected and that would result in local swelling and redness and pus formation.

Since you say that there was no bleeding, then there is no risk of infection.

By now it should be perfectly fine. Please stop worrying about HIV, without even a skin puncture there is no risk of HIV at all.

Your eye twitching is unrelated to this incident. The eye twitching is most likely due to stress and anxiety.

Consult a neurologist for proper evaluation of the eye twitching.

You will be fine. Let me know if anything else is bothering you.

Hope this helped.

Brief Answer:
Your questions are all over the place, difficult to answer.

Detailed Answer:
Mr XXXXXXX

I am really sorry to say this, but your questions are kinda vague and not very well put together to say the least and indicates that your thoughts are probably scattered, it is quite hard to make sense of what is that you are trying to understand.

I did not know where to begin.

1. Since the wound did not bleed, nothing to worry.

2. Not life thratening, no chance that incident causing prostate cancer. Black and blue lump is likely due to bleeding under the skin, it will eventually become alright, takes about 1 month to get the normal skin colour back.

3. I understand what you are referring to, the external genitalia and the front of the upper thigh below the groin fold, it is a sensitive place, but since there was no external bleeding, it is not worrisome.

4, 5, 6. Can not understand your concern, but drinking from the carton which fell is not at all a concern, no testing required, nothing to be done.

Hope this helps.

Best regards.

Brief Answer:
Diabetes is a metabolic disorder, BUN/Creatinine looks at kidney function

Detailed Answer:
Hello again,

You have crossed the usual limit of 3 follow-up queries allowed per query, please close this query and post a new query.

Diabetes is a metabolic and endocrine disorder.

It is classified as 2 types, Type 1 diabetes which is characterised by low or absent insulin production due to damage to pancrease.

Type 2 diabetes which usually starts later on in life is characterised by insulin resistance, and this is made worse by consuming carbohydrate rich diet.

Diabetes causes abnormal glucose metabolism as not enough glucose enters the cells either due to less insulin or insulin resistance, however, there is plenty of glucose outside the cells and this gets converted into fat and cholesterol and gets deposited in the blood vessels or the high levels of glucose damage all types of cells including heart, kidneys, nerves etc.

This is a breif summary of the condition, there is a lot more that can be studied, and is beyond the scope of this platform.

BUN/Creatinine ratio measures the kidney function, it is high when there is kidney damage, which can happen in diabetes.

I hope that answers your query.

Best regards
