Question: I purchase Hylands "Arthritis Pain Formula" The main ingredient is ARNICA XXXXXXX 6x
A friend told me that Arnica is safe as a topical cream but not safe to ingest. Is it true that I should not ingest these pills. They are supposed to be placed under my tongue.
