Brief Answer:
Its a normal report
Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to Ask A Doctor service.
I have reviewed your query and reports and here is my advice.
It is a normal report. There is no parameter that requires any medicine.
LDL cholesterol is somewhat raised. You can take low fat diet and regular exercise to control it. Keep a regular record of your blood pressure.
Neutrophil maybe raised due to some recent infection like common cold etc.
Can take some multivitamin that has folic acid and B12 in it like Neurobion plus. This will help with MCV and MCHC.
Hope this helps. Let me know if I can assist you further.
