I Recently Experienced Double Vision Along With Moderate Headache Between
Question: I recently experienced double vision along with moderate headache between my left upper jaw and to the rear of the left eye socket. The somewhat pulsing headache stopped after a few days as did the double vision accompanying it. I don't think the source of the headache is a bad molar root nerve on the upper jaw as pressure on the teeth did not trigger additional pain. What else could be driving this very new localized headache. I'm not on any medications of any kind and do not smoke.
Brief Answer:
refraction should be done to correct the error
Detailed Answer:
Refraction should be done. Muscular movement of eye be recorded, throat and gums be examined. If there is any inflamatory lesion it should be noted. Warm saline gurgling can be done.If any inflammation like tonsilitis is found then a course of antibiotic be given like Erythromycin- 500mg twice daily should be taken. Dental checkup may be done as reported by you there is molar rout problem then rout canal treatment may be done. Hygiene of rout and gum be checked daily. proper cleaning of teeth and gums should be done.I hope after proper treatment there will be relief from headache.
