I Recently Got These Bumps Under My Armpits About Three
Question: I recently got these bumps under my armpits about three days ago that are painful and have a slight rash. It also feels like my skin is tight there any time I move. What could this be?

I would suggest you to upload a photo of the rash in reports or send a picture of it to YYYY@YYYY in order that I can see the rash and evaluate it better.
I think the painful rash you are having may be boils or folliculitis, inflammation of the hair follicles.
You may wash the armpit with antibacterial soap, don't shave it because it may irritate the skin more. Use loose and cotton underwear to make the air move easily on them.
If it doesn't get better you may use an antibacterial and corticosteroid ointment such gentamicine and bethametazon
