Hi and welcome.
Dear patient, I understand your concern especially when i see how many symptoms you have which are definitely affecting your quality of life in such young woman.
I would need some more info about your previous disease, especially sepsis. what kind of sepsis it was ? and didi it leave some consequances?
YOu have some specific and some nonspecific symptoms. Hair loss and nipple discharge, swelling and low libidio are definitely signs of hormonal imbalance, you need to check for hypothyreosis, or disorders in steroid hormonal secretion.
Also, you should be tested for autoimmune disorders such as SLE, tyroiditis, fibromialgia and rheumatoid arthritis. Check d-ANCA, anti-DNA and RF factor.
Sepsis may have triggered autoimmune cascade in your body and this is common scenario. However it can be treated, we just need to find exact diagnosis.
IF they dont wanna test you on above mentioned disorders, you should find another hospital and doctor.
Wish you good health. Regards

In February I started passing a kidney stone that they removed by scope on March 13 and on March 14 I was admitted as septic, my b/p was 85 over palp, 33 respires per minute 105.8 fever, sat ox was 85, dissociative. I was hospitalized for 13 days, and had a blood transfusion. I was spiking fevers for 11 of those days, and was sent home with a picc line of ampicillin. The sepsis was caused from a kidney infection from enterococcus. The flank and abdomen pain have been constant since: as well as low libido, confusion, cognitive function, recurrent kidney infections l, swelling and nipple discharge all started after as well. Hair loss just started and I’m losing handfuls at a time.

Detailed Answer:
Well, medullary sponge kidney may cause flank pain and urosepsis, but it should not be a cause of your other symptoms. I believe that sepsis triggered autoimmune disorder, most probably anti-hormonal antibodies. It required extensive immmunological work up.
There may be some serious kidneys damage which may lead to swelling and recurent fever, but other signs such as confusion, low libido and nipple discharge are related to steroid hormonal status .
