I Recently Recovered From Covid Pneumonia And The Hospital Did

Question: I recently recovered from Covid pneumonia and the hospital did a repeat chest X-ray and said everything looked good and sent me home. However I got my X-ray report today and it reads “ IMPRESSION:
1. Pulmonary findings are unchanged compared to prior examination.
No acute findings.
2. No central venous catheter is visualized.
3. New, curvilinear radiopaque density overlying T12-L1. Recommend
clinical correlation for foreign body versus curvilinear likely
metallic density overlying the mid upper abdomen at T12-L1.
Number 3 seems concerning and they did not even mention it. I don’t understand why.

Brief Answer:
This doesn't seem important related to covid19.
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, welcome to Ask a doctor's service.
I read your query and here is my advice.
The most important thing related to covid19 is that pulmonary findings are unchanged from prior examination and they don't see any new findings. This means that you are cured from covid19 pneumonia.
The curvilinear density between T12 L 1 may be caused either by any metallic object found in your clothes or any bone issues.
It doesn't show issues related to covid19 pneumonia.
The doctor should ask you for other symptoms like back pain to corelate it.
This doesn't seem concerning.
Hope I have answered the question.
Let me know if I can assist you further.

Could it possibly be related to the fact that they did the X-ray with me sitting in bed and I was hooked up to telemetry and my pulse of? I was just nervous it was something serious. But I guess if it was I hope they would mention it.
Brief Answer:
An object behind you may have caused this reflection.
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear and thank you for asking again.
Of course doing the x-ray on bed can be the reason.
An object under your back may have caused it. It isn't related to disease.
I also believe that if it was the doctor should have mentioned it.
Wishing you good health.
