Question: i recently start trt gel 20mg a day. ive always had pvc on and off and had an afib ablation in 214. since starting a week ago ive had a few runs of pvc out of n

out of nowhere. they ended after a few sexonds but still scare me. i recently had my heart checkeup where they ran bloodwork for cardiac enzymes etc and did an echo which all was normal except slightly high ldl. i am 34 year old male and i am wondering if this is normal at all or more alarming ? my blood pressure has been normal around 110 / 70. im worried that this is going to make the pvc worse and i dont want to be stuck back in afib.

i may ask for that although they have given me them before and just shows some pvc. the main thing i cant seem to figure out is if trt is actually dangerous for the heart and if so is it something that would be over the linger term or inmediete like this

But, considering your past medical history for arrhythmia and your current complaints, it is necessary to perform a Holtee monitoring in order to determine if theis is a benign type of cardiac arrhythmia or a more serious type of cardiac arrhythmia.
