Brief Answer:
Consider fibers and probiotics...
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I would consider probiotic medications especially after the use of antibiotics to treat such difficulties - abdominal pain and frequent bowel movements. Are you passing watery stools or semiformed stools. If the pain is not affecting you too much and if the stools are not watery, then you can wait while taking probiotics and high fiber diet. But if the problem persist despite the probiotics, you should go back to the treating doctor for further evaluation. You may need an ultrasound scan along with stool test then.
The back pain as you mentioned could be due to bad posture. However other possibilities should be considered if the pain is severe and troubling.
Based on your described symptoms I think the best course of action will be to use probiotics and high fibers as indicated. You should visit your local doctor if both the problems become severe or persist.
Hope this helps. Let me know if you need clarifications.

Need some more details...
Detailed Answer:
I don't see your age or gender in the details. I assume you are a male based on the name.
Where is the pain located - above the belly button or below; on the right or left? Can you describe the pain as spasmodic pain or a dull / burning pain? How long does the pain last?
You can continue curd and yogurt along with probiotic medications like enterogermina thrice a day for 3 days.
Awaiting your response...
Regards

take antacids too...
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for providing additional details.
Based on your description, the pain you described seems like gastritis. It might be part of the infection you suffered earlier or due to medications. I would suggest starting pantoprazole + domperidone (Cap Pan D) twice daily half an hour before food for a week along with probiotics.
If the problem persist beyond a week despite medications, you should report back to the doctor.
Hope I am clear. Let me know if you need clarifications.

Brief Answer:
Colicks...
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Since you mentioned the pain felt better after isabgol, it could be related to colic. As there are no other associated complaints, most likely it is a benign condition so you need not be overly worried. But if the pain is severe and affecting you, I will suggest you to visit a gastroenterologist.
Until then continue with high fiber diet, plenty of fluids and isabgol whenever required.
Hope this helps.
