I read your query and here is my advice.

I see the photo you attached and I think you don't need to do tetanus vaccine. The wound is not deep and laceration is small, wound is clear with no dirt or foreign objects on it.
Also the foundation of the bed is clean without dirt in it.
So you can just wash and disinfect it and put a plaster.
No tetanus shot needed.
