I See A Black Mark On My Left Leg From
Question: I see a black mark on my left leg from more than a year now. No pain, no itching, when I press with my finger in that area I feel little hard there. Initially, it was light and less visible but now I feel it's more dark and big when compare to a few months back. I have attached the picture for your review, can you please take a look and help me understand what's the issue? I hope it's not a concern but let me know and also suggest me ointment or medicine if needed.

It is looking like an eczematous patch.
It is nothing serious.
If I was your treating doctor I would recommend you to apply a topical steroid like clobetasol propionate cream on the affected area twice daily along with application of a moisturizing lotion on the entire leg twice daily for 2-3 weeks.
This will help in resolving it.
Steroidal preparations are prescription drugs and you need to see the doctor in person to get them.
