And treatment is based on diagnosis. So we need to first identify cause for your snoring.
Common causes are nose related and obesity related (obstructive sleep apnea - OSA).
So please let me know
1. Are you obese?
2. Do you have nasal polyp or DNS (deviated nasal septum)?
3. Have you ever undergone ENT doctor consultation?

yes I am bit obese but I am hitting gym now a days !! as I leave gym even for a month I get obese!!

I don't have no idea about nasal polyp !!

ya I went he gave me otrivin which has not benefitted me in any way !!

I take medicine Theo asthalin when it increases a lot !!

my paslia used to work out before !!
