Brief Answer:
Mucocele, self limiting, bigger size lesion, surgical removal

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your query. I have gone through your query.
Based in the history and symptoms provided by you, it looks like a mucocele that occurs secondary to trauma by teeth biting or brush injuries or prick from sharp food items. Nothing to be panic, it heals by its own. If it is bigger in size and bothering you in esthetic point of view, you can get it surgically removed by consulting an Oral and maxillofacial surgeon.
For further accurate diagnosis and treatment plan kindly upload the images of the lip area where you have the above mentioned problem.
I hope I have answered your query. If you have any queries reply me back. Take care.
