I Started Having Joint Pain In My Elbows That Traveled
Question: I started having joint pain in my elbows that traveled down my are arms into my hands, with pain in my hands and knuckles. I also have pain in my feet. I also did a leg workout and walked for excercise, and now have some leg pain, tingling and muscle twitches. With the on set of the joint pain, I’ve been experiencing it itching near the joints and other parts of my body. Thoughts?

Thanks for the query .I have read it&understood your concern.
The pain in multiple joints with itching is suggestive of arthritis(inflammation of joints).This can be a sign of over exertion, deficiency of nutritive eliments like calcium ,vitamin D /psoriatic arthritis..where the skin rash is along with skin built up & flakes or /rheumatoid arthritis.
Apart from exercises(that too should be done under guidance of a physiotherapist....AFTER the pain &inflammation is controlled)..examination by an expert &few investigations to find the exact cause.followed by specific management..is needed.
* Please consult an Orthopedic surgeon.
* Self care consists of rest...fomentation , local anti inflammatory drugs like Ibugesic Gel/Relaxil ointment ...applied with gentle massage.(over the counter).Oral pill of Ibugesic can relieve pain.
