I may not go for three days but then go three times in one day and it's mushy. I have a lot more gas than ever. Can this be from the medicine? Can it be another type of cancer?
Brief Answer:
Metoprolol side effects.
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, welcome to Ask a doctor service.
I read your query and here is my advice.
I don't think this is related to cancer or other issues related to it.
I believe that this is related to metoprolol side effects and it can give constipation as well as diahorrea.
You can adjust diet in order to get used to it. If you have constipation you can use sena leaves to go to toilet and you can use simethicone for excess gas and diarrhoea.
Hope I have answered the question.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
