Brief Answer:
Blood pressure needs to be checked, need to consult ENT surgeon

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thank you for posting your query.

Bleeding from the nose can be due to a multitude of reasons.

The cause usually depends on age and concurrent illness as well.

In your case though, since you do have a history of higher blood pressure, it is prudent to consider hypertension/high blood pressure to be the cause.

You need to first consult your ENT doctor and physician, get your blood pressure checked to make sure it is normal.

Then if the reason was found to be something else, then your ENT doctor will advise you further.

If it happens again, then please go to the doctor without delay.

Hope that answers your query.

Wishing you good health.

Best regards
