Brief Answer:
Hi,

Detailed Answer:
Definitely, you might be having worm infestation, looking from the symptoms, you have told.

This means that you are having recurrent worm infection. You may adopt the following points-

Get, your stool test done for ova & cysts. At least 3 samples of stool, collected at different occasion may be analysed. The samples may be collected at least after a month or so after you take the course of anti-worm. However, in rare cases, you may be having worm infestation even if all the samples are negative. In many a cases, having a yearly course of albendazole is not sufficient. You may take at least 3-4 courses of albendazole, each taken 3 months apart.

Drink cleaner water and eat well-cooked food.
Many a times, your close contacts or family members may be having asymptomatic worm infestations, giving you the repeated infections. If possible, the simultaneous course of anti-worms to all these contacts may be effective. In most of hard to treat cases, the dosage of albendazole may be increased, each course may be having 2-3 tablets of albendazole in total, with daily course of one tablet. In really tough cases, you may take a course of 2 combined anti-worms like ivermectin & albendazole. Both these antiworms are synergestic in action & this combination has been approved by WHO, for the list of essential medicines also.

Hope this helps. Let me know if I can assist you further.
