Brief Answer:
About high glucose levels;
Detailed Answer:
Hello and thank you for asking!
I have gone carefully through your concern.
No seroquel does not affect the blood sugar.
You should try to find other causes (the presence of infectious disease, weight gain, high calorie intake ect) .
If you can not identify any cause, you need to increase the insulin dose as suggested by your physician.
Hope the information will help.
Best wishes,

I think I need to rephrase the query. Is Seraquil a medication that causes insulin resistance?
Brief Answer:
About Seraquel and blood sugar:
Detailed Answer:
Hi again,
There are studies that blame Seraquel as a medication that may raise blood sugar leveks due to insulin resistance, but it is not a criteria to stop treatment.
In these cases if other causes that increase blood sugar are ruled out, is suggested to increase the doses of insulin.
