I Take My Birht Control At 10:30 Am Every Day,

Question: I take my birht control at 10:30 am every day, the last two days I have had slightly soft and or loose/watery stools at 6 pm. Just one bought and thats it. Will that impact the birth control?

If you are having vomiting and loose motion with in one or two hours after birth control intake than it may affect its effect.
But in your case it is only one time and time gap is more,it will not affect your birth control.
