Question: I take the following medications for Diabetes
1.Reclide 30 and Jalra 50, I hour before Breakfast and Dinner
2. I volibo 0.3 with Lunch and Dinner
3.One Glyciphage 500 SR with BF,Lunch and Dinner
My average reading for Blood Sugar
Fasting -100,PP Lunch 200,PP Dinner 180
My last four Hb AIC 6.4,6.2,6.5 ,6.4
I walk an hour a day.
I am 82 and diabetic of 40 years.
How am I doing?
How to bring down PPLunch?

Hi sir, you HbA1C values are pretty good. You are doing well.
If the PP lunch sugar level is slightly high like this for the first time, you need not increase the dosage. You can continue same medication.
But this comes repeatedly 3-4 times, then in the afternoon along with Lunch take Tab Glyciphage G1 instead of Tab Glyciphage 500SR. Check sugar levels after 10 days.
Continue Tab. Glyciphage SR 500 morning and night along with other tablets.
