Actually what made me worry that after 6 weeks of an unprotected relation i started feeling tired & fatigue, some muscle pain
So I made the test as I suspected HIV .. at that time it was more than 8 weeks since the unprotected relation.
The test result was negative. so I moved on, afterwards i started feeling slight pain in my neck & groin .. its not severe pain & not continuous, it happens like blinking, i got worried as i know these areas are where lymph nodes located, & i again linked that to hiv, in addition i sometimes notice white spot on my tongue that appears & disappears in less than one day only
by the way I have 2 stones in my goal bladder & enlarged fatty liver
I dont know are these symptoms related to other issues or shall I retake the hiv test again, or i am just over worried & my mind is magnifying things
Sorry for the long question doctor & thanks for the suport

Brief Answer:
No need for another HIV test.
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear and thank you for asking again.
The symptoms you had are very general and are common for different types of viral infection.
When someone gets infected to HIV they may experience these symptoms a week or two after infection or may not experience any symptoms at all.
You did an HIV test in proper time which is negative so there is no need to repeat it.
You may need to do a total blood count, urine analysis and a throat swab to check for bacterial and candida infection.
These tests may show for possible issues rather than HIV which may cause the symptoms.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
Best regards

Dr. Olgeta, I hope you are doing great,
I actually repeated the test, unlike the advise you provided, however you were correct it was a negative result again (Thank God), in addition i made a blood cdc & everything was within normal range except the red blood count was 0.5 higher than XXXXXXX
I would like to thank you once again, I actually tried to report your advise as helpful or provide any appreciation but i couldnt find on website, is there something i can do for you..
