I Think I Have Cold Urticaria I Am Having The Symptoms For A Long Time Now

Question: I think I have Cold Urticaria. I am having the symptoms for a long time now. Every winter, when I am exposed to cold air or even when I hold any cold object in my hand, my hand swells, skin redens and starts itching. Am planning to move Canada for further studies, but I am very concerned about my health. Will I be able to survive in such cold climates when I can't even tolerate the winters of Maharashtra?

Yes you can survive, but you may have to take antihistamine tablets intermittently.
And water based skin Moisturising cream daily.
