Question: I think I was bit by something on my neck, but there isn’t a mark or redness. It’s the feeling of having fiberglass in my skin but I haven’t touched anything that would have it. It’s starting to make the whole right side of my neck sore. I have a cool washcloth on it now. Should I do anything else or get it checked out?

You can try initially with Anti allergic tablet

Hi
Any insect bite can lead to local redness, itching,pain.
If these are present,I prescribe Anti allergic tablet containing Levocetrizine to my patients.Somestimes,I add small dose of Steroid like Prednisolone 5mg tablets.
If Blood pressure,Pulse rate, Temperature are normal, Nothing to worry.
Please post the pic if you do not have any Objection
You can wait for couple of days.
