I Took 50 Mg Of Hydroxyzine Along With A Soda

Question: I took 50 mg of Hydroxyzine along with a soda with 100 mg of caffeine about 18 hours ago and I’ve been experiencing a symptom for most of that time where my eyes are processing information faster than my brain is, causing me to feel as though I am reliving this moment, but I definitely know that I have not. I want to sleep but am unable to without some form of assistance. What should I do?
