I Took Dolo 650 Thrice A Day Now Fever Is Gone I Have Only Throat Pain
Question: Hi Doctor, 2 days back i had fever, chills, throat pain and and headache. i took Dolo 650 thrice a day. Now fever is gone ihave only throat pain. I couldnt even drink water full pain while swallow anything. Except that i dont have any other symptomps now. But i can't bear the throat pain. please help me

As you are having throat pain i would suggest you to start on Azithromycin.
You can follow as given below:
Tab. Azithromycin 500 mg once daily after food for 3 days.
Tab. Dolo 650 mg as and when required
Salt water gargling
Adequate rest and fluids 3 to 4 lts per day
