Question: I took a blood test for "VITAMIN B 12 "yesterday, the result is 140
against normal of 211 to 951.
What's the treatment ?

Well, you need to start eating healthy, avoid any form of JUNK/FAST/PROCESSED food in the first place, drink a lot of water throughout the day...Quit any form of smoking/alcohol intake (if at all do)...
