I Took A Supplement With 150 Milligrams Of Caffeine And

Question: I took a supplement with 150 milligrams of caffeine and drank two within 5 hours of each other over 24 hours ago. I have been experiencing a higher heart rate (100-130), irritability, and weakness in my limbs. As the days progressed I felt better, but I recently took another sip and the symptoms started up again. Should I go to the emergency room? I also suffer from anxiety so I don’t know if it’s all in my head or not. I’m 19, female, 170 pounds.
Brief Answer:
No need to go to ER.

Hello dear, welcome to Ask a doctor service.
I read your query and here is my advice.
You are having a safe amount of caffeine but your condition of anxiety is making the symptoms worse. I don't think it can be a perception in your head because caffeine also increases heart beats.
I don't think you may need to go to ER.
Don't use caffeine because it makes you feel bad and don't use even drinks which contain caffeine, read the labels.
You can take a 25 mg of atenolol to lower the heart beat.
Hope I have answered the question.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
No need to go to ER.
