I Use Cream For My 3y Old Child's Ass Hole And It May Get Inside

Question: Dear all,
I have already ask some questions here and got detailed answers but I have one more, about possibility of HIV transmission.
I use cream for my 3y old child's ass hole and it may get inside (he has hemorrhoids and constipated sometimes but I haven't notices blood in him poop).
So if a HIV+ person deliberately puts an open cream tube inside his vagina/anus and HIV+ fluid gets inside the cream (the tube might be practically empty and pressed out or with cream), and I use this cream several hours after for my child, could it cause transmission? Previously you wrote that it's impossible because HIV cannot survive in tubes outside a human body. But what if (maybe it sounds odd) some fence got inside, and the fence has some blood inside, would it change the situation? The tube of the cream is simple (a tube and a cap) and I first apply the cream on my finger and then on my child (so there is exposure to oxygen to the cream).
Many thanks!

Brief Answer:
HIV transmission risk is almost 'nil'
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I saw the pictures of the tube. There is no possibility for the transmission of HIV infection by applying this creams for your baby's ass hole.
Adults with piles (Haemorrhoids), are using such tubes with special nostrils to be inserted into anus for problems inside their anal canal for years togerher and there was no report of HIV transmission through this way unless these nostrils (nostril is not there in the tube used by you) shared by many, especially with someone who has HIV infection.

Dear Doctor,
Thanks again, understood.
Could you please also consider the following: can my child's diapers be a cause of HIV transmission risk? I don't know if diapers fully consist of breathable materials or have some non-breathable parts (might be with pores but I don't know). If HIV fluid gets inside the diaper (and it gets inside viable by that time) will it also die very soon and a diaper in contact with the anus and maybe some of the inner mucous can't place any viable HIV fluid on them?
Many thanks! Sorry for spamming you with such strange questions.

Brief Answer:
HIV transmission cannot occur in this route.
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome back.
Theoratically if some infectious material of a HIV positive individual was presnt in the inner aspect of the baby diapers, there is posibility of HIV transmission, especially through macerated skin, genitals of a female baby or through anus of babies of both sexes.
But diapers are used by millions of mothers all over the world and also by HIV positive parents. I never heard that such a case that baby got infection through diapers.
Diapers are always used as fresh from a sterilized pack and they are always disposable. We have to ask the mothers to wash her hands with soap and water before putting and changing the diapers.
Whilr these precautions are observed, there is no chance of HIV transmission through this way.

I see, thank you. But shouldn’t HIV be already not viable after several hours in a non-hermitic package? It is said usually that HIV can’t be transmitted through objects and becomes non-transmitted when it’s exposed to air.
Brief Answer:
HIV transmission cannot occur in these routes normally.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome back.
Non-Hermitic package?
The earliest HIV manifestations in the presence of an infection can occur as an ordinary 'FLU' like symptoms, 4-6 weeks after the contact and it is self limiting and usually goes unnoticed. After that the individual remains asymtomatic 7-10 years or more in the presence of HIV.
Transmission of HIV through inanimate objects is a rarest possibility. It cannot be transmitted through air (No possibility for dropplet infection)
HIV transmission through wet wipes and cotton discs is very much unlikely as these are packed well with adequate hygienic measures. HIV can not be viable outside the body fluids not more than few seconds.
