I Use The O2Ring Continuous Ring Oxygen Monitor To Monitor

Question: I use the O2Ring Continuous Ring Oxygen Monitor to monitor Sp02 during the night. Its like an oversized ring I wear on the thumb. Data can be downloaded and the attached reports generated.
I attached a report from last night (12/24) and ten days ago for comparison (12/14). Usually, my heart rate is at or typically below 60 bpm when I am sleeping. But last night, my heart rate started at 68 and slowly lowered to under 60 over 4 hours while I was asleep.
Oxygen levels usually average 96%.
The heart rate is not typical last night, for 4 whole hours. I do take the following medications:
Levothoroxine 125mg
Lisinopril 5mg
Metoprolol ER Succinate 25mg
Rosuvastatin 10mg
Daily Aspirin 81mg
Can you review the attached sleep reports and provide your opinion?
Thank you!

Brief Answer:
I would explain as follows:
Detailed Answer:
Hello!
Welcome to Ask a Doctor service!
I passed carefully through your sleep reports and would explain that these oxygen saturation levels and heart rate fluctuations are quite normal during the night.
They could also be related to REM sleep stages, which is the episodes of the sleep when we dream.
Anyway, if high heart rate and palpitations persist during the day, I would recommend checking your thyroid hormone levels for possible thyroid gland imbalances.
Hope you will find this answer helpful!
