After going through the medical details provided by you I can understand your situation and I would like to say that hard times is a part of life which comes and goes and taking a drug to face them is not at all wise. It will just make you more less efficient.

Crack cocaine is free form and is the most addictive one. Although it doesn’t causes ankle swelling but can surely cause nervous breakdowns with aggressive behaviours. Also it can cause sudden cardiac arrhythmia which could be fatal also.

So I would like to suggest you to hold yourself, stay positive things will improve soon. But if you find it difficult then you should take the help of a psychologist instead of taking cocaine.

Hopefully the swelling will subside in a couple of days but if it doesn’t then we need to conduct few tests.
