Question: I've beem having some heart palpitations. I've had a holter monitor place and I have the results.

Glad to hear from you. After going through the images of your Holter study attached by you I would like to tell you that the good thing is there is no significant or any life threatening arrhythmia.
However there are runs of supra ventricular tachycardia, sinus tachycardia and in between few atrial ectopic.
But the point is that as this thing is bothering you in the form of palpitations, so first any structural defects should be ruled out by the help of echocardiogram and after that EP study is advisable to understand the physiology of the tachycardia.
So in my opinion you should discuss this with your treating cardiologist.

I had another cardiologist mention J wave? Which also made me think of Brugada?

Am not very convinced with the J wave pattern in these Holter tracings. For that you need to get a resting 12 lead ecg done.
