I Ve Had A Very Small Growth Below The Skin

Question: I've had a very small growth below the skin in my lower back (just above the waist line) for 4 years. I've been ignoring it. I went to the doctor yesterday. This was dumb but I thought it would sound weird to say that I've been ignoring it for 4 years. So I told her I found it a week ago. She said it might be a muscle injury that would go away.
The growth is firm and unmoveable but I would say it is less than 1 centimeter. (I have a growth in my buttocks and the ultrasound said it was 1.5 cm, and this is a lot smaller than that.) I think it has stayed the same size all 4 years. Because it's so small, it's very hard to find. It feels smooth and symmetric in shape. I'm wondering how likely it is that this is benign vs. malignant.

Brief Answer:
Benign lump

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thank you for asking

In my opinion you should not worry. As you described all the characteristics of the lump shows that it’s benign not malignant.

Also the fact that the size it’s the same shows the benignity of the lump.

Kind regards
