I Ve Had Diarrhea For Months Now Ranging From Pale

Question: I've had diarrhea for months now ranging from pale to yellow to green to dark brown. It's several times a day and almost always a different shape and consistency... the only things that remains a constant, is the awful smell which is not even explainable, although, it varies between rotten dirt and a raw sewage plant x's 10 that lingers for a while and the aftermath of the "explosions" in the toilet, under the lid and around the rim that are always stuck there until I scrub it away...
My question- Since this morning, I have had cramping and have only been able to leave the bathroom for short periods of time, but I'm not having my 'normal' diarrhea anymore. Now, it's straight blood, which is a maroon color and after I think I am done going, while just sitting there it will just drip out on it's own for several minutes. That concerns me but to add to my concern is my 5 hospitalizations with lower leg(s) unexplained cellulitis, along with muscle weakness , joint pain, headaches, lack of appetite, bloating, severe heartburn and chills. Plus, I've recently gained over 20 pounds within 3 months. SORRY FOR ALL OF THE DIFFERENT ISSUES! My doctors and the ER keep referring me to rheumatologists, cardiologists, dermatologists, gastroenterology doctors. No real answers though.
MAIN CONCERN at the moment is the blood I'm having and if I need to go back to ER. (I just got out 1 month ago but they did do a C-Diff, which was negative.)
