Increase the number of meals per day. That means Instead of three meals you can change to five six meals with less quantity.
Add more calories for weight gain. Beans and legumes, including chickpeas, black beans, lentils, cannellini beans and hummus.
Protein content of your diet should be increased.
I can suggest a diet plan you can modify according to your tastes.
Breakfast: 100ml to 250ml Skimmed milk. Bananas, eggs and meat/fish of your choice.
Mid-Day Meal: Intake of 5-7 Dried-Fruits like Almonds or other Nuts and a Bowl of Fruits
Lunch:3-4 Chapattis with 1 Bowl of Chicken Curry, 1 Bowl of Vegetable Salad, a glass of Lassi/Buttermilk with some Green Grams
Afternoon Snack: Dried fruits, Boiled eggs, Boiled grains or vegetables.
Dinner: 1-2 Bowls of Rice with Chicken/Fish
You have to do regular exercises as well to keep a healthy body.
