Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, welcome to Ask a doctor's service.
I read your query and here is my advice.

I see the check up results you attached.
You are having increased triglycerides and very slightly increased LDL. I believe this can be related to your diet and having low fat diet may be needed.
Blood glucose and HBA1C are high which show that you have diabetes.
Urine is normal.
Liver examinations are quite normal.
Total blood count is quite normal ,white blood cells count ,red blood cells count , platelets count are quite normal.
Thyroid functions are quite normal .
Ers and rheumatoid factor are normal which show that you are not having arthritis or other joint issues
You have low B12 and low vitamin D which can be fixed by taking vitamin B12 and vitamin D supplements.
Ferritin and ions are normal.
BMI is increased which means you are a bit overweight and may need to improve diet and exercising to bring BMI back to normal.

Hope I have answered the question.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
