
I Want To Know If This Are Hot Flushes Or Night Sweats

Question: I sweat little on regular basis when sleeping ( only upper body ) which happens one or two times during my sleep, i have bn thinking alot about unnecessary stuff these days and feeling worried for no reason, there are not symptoms when i feel this sweats but is doesn't soak my shirt truly wet or my bed sheets, i want to know if this are hot flushes or night sweats or what might seems to be the problem because its bn happening for some days now
