Brief Answer:
It doesn't seems to be cancer. It can be viral infection.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to the 'Ask A Doctor service'.
I have reviewed your reports and below is my advise.

Your CBC and peripheral smear examination report doesn't suggest blood cancer.
In blood cancer usually total count much high and peripheral smear examination report shows blast cells and other abnormal premature cells which are not present here.

The reactive lymphocytes can be seen in viral infection.
It favours more towards infective etiology.

She needs supportive management under doctor guidance in hospital.

Hope I have answered your question.

I would be happy help you further if you have more questions.

Regards.
