After going to the medical query raised by you I can understand your concern for your grandfather’s health and I would like to tell you that the most important cause of weakness and sleepiness throughout the day is the low sodium level.

Few things I would like to ask:
1. His age
2. List of medicines which he is taking
3. Upload his KFT report which contains sodium, potassium levels
4. What’s the sugar levels
5. Any history of heart attack or any such event in past?

1. His age -->80 years
2. List of medicines which he is taking --> Istamet(half tablets 2 times),Mylorich,triglycomet(half tablet 2 times),Tigatel,Natrise(when sodium level goes down)
3. Upload his KFT report which contains sodium, potassium levels-->I have uploaded
4. What’s the sugar levels-> It fluctuate between 100-400.
5. Any history of heart attack or any such event in past?--> No history

Yes, the sodium levels are low which is making his dizzy and weak. Add some extra salt in diet and continue giving Nitrise as per your doctors advice. The normal recommended range for sodium is 135 and 145 (mEq/L).

Once it will be within normal range his activity levels will get better.
