Question: hi i wanted to know if i have gynecomastnia or chest fat? on 0.5 mg finasteride 1 month, used to be fit but havent done exercise in a few weeks, thanks

Hello,

I reviewed your photos.

It seems to me like gynecomastia.
You do not seem to have a lot of overweight to have gained within one month so much fat only localized to the breast area.
Also since you have not exercised in some weeks, the muscles would go down, not grow in that area. On the other side it looks to me like breast like tissue look.

I suggest to talk to your doctor to switch finasteride with another medicine.
