I Was Constipated Badly For A Few Days. Took Care

Question: I was constipated badly for a few days. Took care of that, but ever since then, I hurt inside when I try to push to go #2. It just doesn’t feel right. It hurts in the area below and inside under my belly button. If that makes sense.
