Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, welcome to Ask a doctor service.
I read your query and here is my advice.
I think you should have been healed completely in a week after treatment but since you were having a severe repetitive infection it may take even longer.
I can suggest you to do a vaginal secretions culture at least ten days after being treated.
You should use loose and cotton underwear in order to eliminate friction and irritation.
Also lactobacillus suppositories can help reestablish the vaginal flora.
Hope I have answered the question.
Let me know if I can assist you further.

Just received my urine results doctor says all normal but report says 2 ketones 6-10 WBC and squamous epithelial cells found what does this mean could it be related to burning sensation
Brief Answer:
Mild infection present
Detailed Answer:
Hello again, and thank you for asking again.
Your urine sample is not quite clear but a mild infection is present. Uroculture is needed to determine the kind of bacteria and antibiotic that is needed.
I also recommend you to do a vaginal smear to check for infection.
I think the burning comes from vagina not from bladder.

If uroculture is clear there is not a urinary infection for sure. You are on recovery time.
There may be a vaginal infection so a vaginal smear is necessary. This may be the reason for your discomfort.
