Question: I was diagnosed with syphilis and treated with doxycycline. I believe that im clean. I would like to find out something. I didnt have any sexual contact with anyone since the sore appeared (chancre on foreskin). I had sex before the sore became visible on my foreskin. Could syphilis be transmitted during the incubation period before the sores appeared?
