Question: I was diagnosed with tendinitis and bursitis in my rt arm... I have been on methylprednisolon for 2 days and 800 mg of ibuprofen 3times and day and I still can’t mive my arm behind my back is this normal

I have gone through your query. Tendinitis and bursitis take 4 to 6 weeks to heal. I would suggest you not to move your hand at least in the range which causes pain for a minimum of 2 weeks so that it can heal completely.

You can place an ice pack if you have any swelling. If not, you can use a heat bag followed by gel such as volini for pain relief.
