I Was Given Compazine For A Bad Headache And Had

Question: I was given Compazine for a bad headache and had a very strong reaction of body twitching both legs and arms. Also was given Benadryl
I take ropinerol for restless leg
Since taking Compazine Monday I have been unable to sleep much because ropinerol does not seem to be working. Suggestions?

Compazine and ropinirole shouldn't be used together because of the interaction between them.

Compazine decreases the effects of Ropinirole by pharmacodynamic antagonism.

Compazine was a one time dose
My question is, based on the extreme reaction I had, requiring 2 doses on Ativan and some ropinerole before the massive twitching subsided, how long might the effects last..?
I have had insomnia and twitching since Monday in spite of taking the normal dose of ropinerol
