Hello and welcome to "Ask a Doctor" service.
I have read your query and here is my advice.
Compazine and ropinirole shouldn't be used together because of the interaction between them.
Compazine decreases the effects of Ropinirole by pharmacodynamic antagonism.
So, I suggest you to discuss with your Doctor about substitution of Compazine.

Brief Answer:
Symptoms should subside in short time.
Detailed Answer:
Welcome back.
In my opinion, since there was only one dose of Compazine, adverse effects related to the interaction between drugs should subside in one week or two.
Hope I've helped you.
Take care.
