Hello and welcome in Ask the Doctor
I can understand your concern
As you explain the situation it seems that your lungs need inhaler for a longer time because of their hypersensitivity due to several factors such as exercise and smoking dust .
If I was your doctor I will prescribe an inhaler with a long effect such as Seretide 250 mcg twice for three months and after I will re-evaluate your situation again with a spirometry test to decide what to do further.
Please discuss with your doctor for the above
Hope to have been helpful

are you able to prescribe that inhaler for me?
Brief Answer:
Continue discussion
Detailed Answer:
Hi again
Medical ethics as well as the laws of the state doesn't allow me to give you prescription. If you were my patients I would suggest
Seretide 250/50 mcg
D.t.d N=1 disc
S. 2 X 1 puffs / d inhaler
However you should consult your doctor first because he or she knows better your actual clinical picture. You may discuss about this inhaler with the doctor and he/she will be able to provide a prescription.
