Question: I was hoping to get some help interpreting some lab and imaging results. I have attached 2 CMPs from 8/20 and one from 12/20 which I have labeled and put side by side. I have done the same with 2 CBCs from 9/20 and 12/20. I also came across an abdominal CT from 2018 which I felt showed some concerning findings such as a large pericardial cyst which I’ve attached too. I currently have a large (what I have been told is a) lipoma on my left chest wall that has muscle spasms often. My left breast has become very swollen and is significantly bigger than the right for months now but an ultrasound of it showed nothing was wrong. I have decreased exercise tolerance, high BP, and get out of breath easily. I’m am undergoing evaluation for cushings disease due to two failed dexamethasone supression tests and a pituitary microadenoma and many hormonal/cushings symptoms. I’ve attached reports from the brain MRI that detected that as well as an echocardiogram that was done recently which notably could not see my inferior vena cava or the pericardial cyst (in case those reports may be relevant.) I generally feel very unwell. I noticed several of my lab values were off: ALT, AST, CO2, to name a few. I’m wondering how concerned I should be about these labs and the changes in them from the previous labs, and if the imaging correlates with the lab results or symptoms at all?

Brief Answer:
Should not be concerned.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone through your question, I understand your concern.
Blood investigations are almost normal.
Whatever is abnormal, is not sufficient to take tension as this much abnormality is common.
Yes your blood sugar is in pre-diabetes range. So get Hba1c test done to rule out pre-diabetes.
Your mri brain shows microedenoma and that corelate with your symptoms.
I hope your query is clear now.
Thanks and regards
