Brief Answer:
Can heal with rest.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.
I have seen all the attached MRI images. There is a compression fracture of L1 vertebra but the spinal cord does not show any major compression. If there are no nerve related signs and symptoms like muscle weakness, tingling, numbness then there is no need to worry. This can gradually heal with rest and conservative management.
I hope this answers your query.
In case you have additional questions or doubts, you can forward them to me, and I shall be glad to help you out.
Wishing you good health.

Brief Answer:
No nerve compression is apparent.

Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Thanks for writing again.
If there is a compression of any nerve after wearing a belt then loosening the belt might help. As such there is no apparent nerve compression seen in the scans. You need a detailed evaluation by a neurologist to know any nerve affection. Rest can heal the compression fracture if neurologist confirms that there is no nerve root compression.
Hope my answer is helpful.
